Misty Lavender Foy

A natural competitor at heart, Misty found her niche in personal injury law after years of practice in family, divorce, dependent and neglect actions, and civil litigation. Through her years of training and experience, Misty has developed a skill that most lawyers do not have. She learned how to listen - listen to clients, listen to the arguments, and listen to what is important to each individual person in each individual case.

Together, Misty strives to listen to her clients, to work for you - those who might need the most help. Whether a task is to help someone navigate the system, fight a large corporation that made a defective product, or get their medical bills paid after a car accident, working with the "underdog" is what Misty enjoys doing.

Misty possesses the skill, dedication, and creativity needed to obtain for her clients the just compensation and restitution they deserve. She has been instrumental in winning large settlements and verdicts. The results depend upon the facts of each case.

Most of all, Misty believes that the practice of law is a service and that lawyers need to pay it forward every day.
